Highway 101 Improvements - Lyman Boulevard (CSAH 18) to Pioneer Trail (CSAH 14)
Overview
The City of Chanhassen, in cooperation with MnDOT and Carver County, completed a corridor scoping study for Highway 101 from Lyman Boulevard to the Scott County line in 2007. The study identified the segment of Highway 101 from Lyman Boulevard (CSAH 18) to Pioneer Trail (CSAH 14) as the highest priority for improvement. Improvements to this segment of Highway 101 are necessary to address existing safety deficiencies and to provide for the present and future traffic needs of the area. Reconstruction and widening of Highway 101 between Lyman Boulevard and Pioneer Trail include pedestrian/bicycle trails and a trail underpass.
