2016 Street Improvement Project - Minnewashta Manor Area

The City is considering a street improvement project in the Minnewashta Manor neighborhood in the summer of 2017. The streets are proposed to be reconstructed to the existing width and concrete curb and gutter is proposed to be installed. The water main under the street and the water services from the water main to the property line are proposed to be replaced. Some sanitary sewer repairs are also proposed within the reconstruction area. Stormwater management improvements are also being considered.

Bids were received and opened on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Acceptance of bids and award of contract is scheduled for Monday, January 23, 2017 at which time the Bid Alternate will be approved.

Project Updates
March 14, 2017 - CenterPoint Energy will be replacing gas main and services on North Manor Rd. and Sandpiper Trl. beginning the week of March 27, 2017. This work will take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
