Now Accepting Commission Applications
The City of Chanhassen is seeking applicants to fill vacancies on the Environmental Commission. Terms are for three years and no prior experience is required to apply. There are two (2) three-year positions available on the Environmental Commission. 

Applications will be accepted through Friday, February 3, 2017.

Overview
The purpose and responsibility of the Environmental Commission is:
  • To address issues that affect the City's natural resources
  • To advocate the benefits and necessity of Chanhassen's natural resources
  • To bring a comprehensive perspective to environmental issues
  • To provide environmental education to the public
  • To provide the residents of Chanhassen with opportunities to improve the quality of their environment
Meetings
  • 6:00 pm
  • Second Wednesday of every month (no meeting in August)
  • Fountain Conference Room at city hall
  • 2017 Meeting Schedule
