Environmental Commission
The Environmental Commission meets the second Tuesday of each month in the Fountain Conference Room at City Hall. The purpose and responsibility of the Environmental Commission is to provide the residents of Chanhassen with opportunities to improve the quality of their environment, address issues that affect the city's natural resources, provide environmental education to the public, bring a comprehensive perspective to environmental issues, and advocate the benefits and necessity of Chanhassen's natural resources.

The Environmental Commission meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Fountain Conference Room at City Hall. All of their meetings are open to the public. There is no meeting during the month of August.

Blue Sky Guides
The Environmental Commission is currently distributing Blue Sky Guides to all new residents. The Blue Sky Guide is part educational resource and part coupon book. It contains information and discounts on food, entertainment, products and services in the Twin Cities area that have significantly reduced environmental impacts.
