Parks and Recreation Commission
The Park & Recreation Commission acts as an advisory board to the City Council, reviewing all recreation, leisure and park-related issues. These issues include park development and implementation of the Recreation Section of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
The Park & Recreation Commission meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard (lower level of the building). All meetings are open to the public.
Members of the Park & Recreation Commission are: Chair Jeff Daniel, Vice Chair Steve Scharfenberg, Thomas Kelly, Glenn Stolar, Elise Ryan, Scott Wendt, and Cole Kelly.
