Scheduling Inspections
Inspection Times and Procedures: To schedule a building, plumbing or HVAC
inspection, call (952) 227-1180. Exact times for inspections cannot be
guaranteed. The Building Inspection Department understands that not being able
to schedule specific times is difficult for plumbers, S&W installers, concrete crews
and people who want to meet the inspector on the job. We will do the best we
can to meet these time sensitive inspections.
Electrical Inspections: To schedule an electrical inspection, call the
state electrical inspector, Brian Luce at (952) 233-8988, weekdays 7 to 8:30 a.m.
