Engineering Department
The Engineering Department provides contract administration and supervision of consultant engineering services for sewer, water and street projects as well as performs plan review and construction monitoring for all developer-installed public improvements. This department also administrates the City’s Pavement Management System and Sump Pump program, reviews building permits to ensure compliance with the City Council approved grading plan and conditions of development approval, performs speed and traffic count studies and responds to customer complaints, requests, and concerns relating to the City’s streets, water, sanitary sewer and drainage.
