Project Description: The City is in the process of amending Planned Unit Development (PUD) agreements. The intent is to insure that all PUD's comply with City Code except as modified by the PUD's design standards. This is achieved by adding a statement to each PUD agreement referencing the City Code. The following Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) are proposed to be amended:
