Description: To consider an application to amend the preliminary plat and the PUD Ordinance for Avienda located at the SW corner of Lyman and Powers Boulevards. The amended request for preliminary plat creates 16 lots, 3 outlots and dedication of public right-of-way for public streets (120 acres) and a rezoning of 120 acres of property zoned Agricultural Estate District (A-2) to Planned Unit Development-Regional Commercial District (PUD--RC).
