    The slow fluid movements of Tai Chi promote balance and relaxation. The short form is the perfect place to begin learning this ancient Chinese health exercise. All them movements are performed in a standing position. Classes are fun and very informative. Prerequisite: Must be able to walk comfortably for twenty-five minutes. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Instructor, Ron Erdman-Luntz has been teaching Tai Chi for over 30 years. He is a gifted teacher and has taught thousands of students during his career. The tiles have characters and numbers, and the rules are intriguing. Instructor Melinda Colwell teaches the modernized and westernized version in this 6-week class. NOTE: Each participants will be required to have their own Mah Jongg set (borrow a friend's or buy your own; the Senior Center can also assist in ordering a set for you). Class is limited to 8 players. Sign up online or at the Senior Center.
